    The participant must identify problems and determine if the success criteria are met. If they do not comply, the candidate should indicate the violated WCAG criteria.
  • Techniques and tools
    • Use of WCAG checklists https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21
    • Manual testing using assistive technologie and accesibility testing tools (e.g. WAVE, Ax, Lighthouse)
    • Developer tools available in various browsers

Preconditions

There are no specific prerequisites for applying MITC Accessibility Testing WCAG 2.1 Level A certification, however we advice to familiarize with the official W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 website https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21 and basic accessibility testing tools.
